2. Licence and supervision

BGFIBank Cameroun SA is a licensed credit institution operating in Cameroon under the supervision of the Central African Banking Commission (COBAC) and within the regulatory framework of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC).

Relations between the bank and its customers are governed in particular by COBAC Regulation No. 01/20/CEMAC/UMAC/COBAC on the protection of consumers of banking products and services.

3. Hosting

This website and the legal documents published on it are hosted on infrastructure controlled by BGFIBank Cameroun SA, under the bgfibank.cm domain.

No legal document, policy or information notice relating to the bank's services is hosted on a third party consumer service. Each published version is dated, versioned and archived, so that the bank can establish which document was in force at any given date.
